Black Lotus Returns
Black Lotus wants you to be satisfied with any purchase you make. We offer a full refund for all returns sent within the specified time. After an order has been shipped, any return must be received within 14 days.
Please note that purchases made during a contest week or purchases made to qualify for a contest giveaway may not be applicable for return.
Return Policy

Items Eligible for Return
We can only accept items that are brand new (unless it was received in a damaged condition). The products must have all tags attached (if applicable) and be placed in their original packaging with all included accessories and paperwork. If we receive a return that is not in the original sent condition, we reserve the right to decline a refund for the entire purchase amount.
When returning an item, please include the following in your return package:
Your order number, items returned, and reason for return
Return Address
Please select the carrier of your choice, when returning an item. We strongly suggest you include a tracking number for verification. Black Lotus is not responsible for any returned items that are not received. At this time, we DO NOT credit any shipping costs including any shipping related costs to return your order.
